Shipping policy

Morning Mist Soap can ship anywhere in the United States.

Processing Time:  

Online orders typically take 2-3 business days from the time indicated on your confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays, or in the case of backorders).  You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped.  Please be aware that processing times are not part of the estimated shipping times.

Domestic shipping rates:  

Shipping charges are calculated prior to checkout.  Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping charges are based on USPS rates and the destination zip code.  Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

International Shipping:  

Morning Mist Soap currently does not ship outside the United States.  U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses located outside the United States are not considered international deliveries and will be shipped USPS.

Delivery Time Estimates:  

Most deliveries arrive in 5-8 business days from the time they are shipped.  Tracking numbers are provided in the notification email when your order has been shipped.  Please allow 30 days for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses.

Delivery Delays: 

Morning Mist Soap is committed to the timely delivery of your product; however shipping delays do occur from time-to-time.  We are unable to control shipping delays due to severe weather, holidays, labor shortages, or carrier errors.  If you would like to discuss a shipping delay with us, please call 315.536.0539.

Damaged Product or Wrong Item Received:
