Refund policy

Morning Mist Soap’s goal is that each of our customers will be 100% delighted with their purchase.  Due to the nature of our soap products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.  In the event we made an error in your order, we will send out the product(s) that you should have received free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product that you received or have another issue, we ask that you contact us in order that we may work with you to find a suitable resolution to your concern(s).  All return and refund inquiries should be made within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase.  Please call us at 315.536.0539 or email us at morningmistsoap1@gmail.com in order that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Morning Mist Soap retains the right to limit or cancel orders that we suspect are attempts to resell or distribute our product without our consent.   In such cases, refunds will need to be pursued using the procedure outlined above.
